VESTRY / AGM MEETING – DOCUMENTS - UPDATED FEB 15/2023

You are invited to join your fellow parishioners for our annual Vestry meeting on Sunday Feb 26 2023 after the service.  Below you will find thedownload for the official Notice, a draft Agenda, a Proxy Form and the Reports Package.  Please know the Reports Package is 40+ pages before you hit “print”.  Copies will be posted at the church.

If you cannot attend in person, Zoom is an option but you must contact Kathy for a meeting link.  A Proxy form is also available if you wish to appoint someone else to speak / vote on your behalf at the meeting.
