Hello all,

Herewith a video service for August 30, 2020, the 13th Sunday after Pentecost.

Thanks to the three choir members who sang a couple of beautiful hymns. At the end of the video (for those who miss hearing it) we've added a brief recording of Dagmar practising on the organ which sounds lovely with its new speakers.

A reminder that this week the church office reopens on Tuesday, and our second weekday service of Holy Communion is on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.

Finally, we are excited that seven priests have been nominated for the office of Bishop of the Diocese of BC. Candidates' profiles can be viewed at https://bc.anglican.ca/episcopal-transition/candidate-information. Please keep each of these special people in your prayers as well as those who will be at the synod next month, including three electors from St. John the Divine, Marcia Haley, Tim Ray and myself.
