Herewith a video devotion for the 2nd Sunday after Pentecost, June 14, 2020.   

Hopefully all have seen and read the diocesan pronouncements on possible re-opening of church in the next couple of months. We will keep you up to date as discussions continue.  

Coincidentally, it was also announced by the diocese this week that a new date has been set for an episcopal election.  As you know, Bishop Logan retired on May 1st and we were due to elect a new bishop at the end of June, but that was put on hold due to the pandemic.  An online election will now be held on September 26, 2020.  More details will follow, suffice to ask that prayers be offered for those who may be considering a call to stand for election, as well as the clergy and lay people who will be participating as electors.  For our parish the lay members of the electoral synod will be Marcia Haley and Tim Ray (as chosen at our annual meeting in February.)
